Does my order ship in discreet packaging?
Yes. All orders are packed in plain, unbranded boxes. There is no external indication of what is inside. The billing name on your bank statement is also discreet and does not reference Pleasing Strings or adult products.
Do you accept Afterpay?
Yes. Afterpay and other buy-now-pay-later options are available at checkout. This includes sex machines and higher-value purchases.
What does the warranty cover?
All products come with a one-year replacement warranty. If your product develops a manufacturing fault or stops working within that period, we will replace it. Normal wear and tear is not covered. Email us if you have a specific question about your item before returning it.
How do I get a price match?
Email Admin@pleasingstrings.com.au or send a message through the site with a link to the cheaper listing. We will match the price if it is from an authorised Australian retailer.
