One Year Warranty
Every product we sell carries a one-year warranty. If an item develops a manufacturing fault within twelve months of purchase, we replace it. Normal wear and tear is not covered, and neither is damage from misuse.
That warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, not a substitute for them. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Those rights are not capped at twelve months, and nothing on this page limits them.

Why buy a sex machine from a specialist rather than a general adult store?
