Who this page is for
You are about to spend real money on a machine, or on an attachment that has to fit a machine you already own, and you want to know who you are handing your card details to. Fair. This page is the boring, checkable version: what we stock, where it ships from, what happens if it breaks, and what shows up on your bank statement.
We Specialise in Sex Machines
Most Australian adult stores treat sex machines as one shelf among fifty. We built the shop around them. That means the sex machines range is the part of the catalogue we know line by line, and the sex machine accessories are chosen to fit the machines we sell rather than to pad out a category page.
The core of it is HiSmith. You can see the machines and the parts that go with them in the HiSmith machines and accessories collection. KlicLok is worth understanding before you buy anything: it is HiSmith's proprietary quick-change attachment mount, not a separate brand and not a universal standard. An attachment with a KlicLok fitting clicks onto a KlicLok machine in a second. A standard threaded attachment does not, unless you use an adaptor. Getting that wrong is the single most common way people end up with a dildo they cannot mount, which is why we wrote the KlicLok compatibility guide and the machine setup guide.
Specialising has a cost, and we would rather name it than hide it. If you want a wall of budget novelty gear, another shop will serve you better. What you get here instead is staff who can tell you which attachment fits which mount, and what a machine does when you push the stroke length out.
Two things we will say plainly about the hardware, because a shop that sells this gear should: machines have a duty-cycle limit, so run yours for the continuous time the manufacturer's manual states and let it rest. And never treat an accessory as load-bearing unless the manufacturer says it is. The KlicLok Suction Cup Adaptor is an attachment adaptor, not a mount, and it is not rated to hold a machine or a person's weight.
Australian Owned, Ships From Inside Australia
Pleasing Strings is Australian owned and holds stock in Australian warehouses. We ship to every state and territory in Australia.
Orders placed before 10am are dispatched the same day. Shipping is free on orders over 99 dollars. Everything goes out in plain, unbranded packaging with no external indication of what is inside, and the billing descriptor on your statement does not reference Pleasing Strings or adult products.
Local stock is the practical reason this matters. A machine ordered from an overseas marketplace can spend weeks in transit, and a warranty claim on one means shipping a heavy metal object back offshore at your expense. Ours ships from an Australian warehouse and comes back to an Australian warehouse.
One Year Warranty
Every product we sell carries a one-year warranty. If an item develops a manufacturing fault within twelve months of purchase, we replace it. Normal wear and tear is not covered, and neither is damage from misuse.
That warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, not a substitute for them. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Those rights are not capped at twelve months, and nothing on this page limits them.
In plain terms: our one-year warranty is a floor, not a ceiling. Full detail is on the warranty page.
Questions
If you have a question about a product, want a recommendation, or need help with an order, use the contact page. Ask us which attachment fits your machine before you buy. That is a much cheaper conversation than a return.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does my order ship in discreet packaging?
Yes. All orders are packed in plain, unbranded boxes with no external indication of what is inside. The billing descriptor that appears on your bank or card statement is also discreet and does not reference Pleasing Strings or adult products.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 10am are dispatched the same day from our Australian warehouse. Shipping is free on orders over 99 dollars. We ship to every state and territory in Australia.
What does the one-year warranty cover?
It covers manufacturing faults. If a product develops a manufacturing fault within twelve months of purchase, we replace it. Normal wear and tear and damage from misuse are not covered. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, not a substitute for them.
What happens if something fails after twelve months?
Your Australian Consumer Law rights are not capped at twelve months. Under the ACL, goods must be of acceptable quality and must last for a reasonable period given their price and description, and a remedy may still be available after our warranty has run out. Contact us through the contact page and we will work through it with you.
Can I pay with Afterpay?
Afterpay and other buy-now-pay-later options are available at checkout. Availability and limits are set by the provider, not by us, so the options you see at checkout can vary with the order value and your account. How Afterpay's Pay in 4 actually works breaks down the payment schedule and what to check before you commit to one. The provider's terms apply.
Why buy a sex machine from a specialist rather than a general adult store?
Because the failure mode is not the machine, it is the fitting. Machines use different attachment mounts, and a KlicLok attachment will not thread onto a standard mount without an adaptor. A shop that sells machines as one line item among thousands will not catch that for you. A shop that specialises in them will.
