Pleasing Strings Returns and Warranty Policy
At Pleasing Strings, we pride ourselves on delivering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our return and warranty policies are designed to give you peace of mind while respecting the nature of the products we sell.
1-Year Product Guarantee
All purchases are covered by our 1-Year Manufactures Warranty . If your product develops a fault within one year of purchase, we’ll replace it with the same or a similar item. If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll provide a refund.
Returns Policy
Due to the intimate nature ofthe products we sell, Pleasing Strings accepts returns only in specific circumstances. Returns will be accepted under the Consumer Guarantees Act or the Fair Trade Act, such as when there is a manufacturing fault.
Important Notes:

No Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns for change-of-mind purposes.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to copyright laws, DVDs cannot be returned.

Hygiene Standards: All returned products are disposed of and never resold. This includes toys, lingerie, and lubricants.

Troubleshooting Before Returning
Before contacting us about a faulty product, please check the following:

Battery Products:

Ensure new batteries have been tried.

Confirm the batteries are inserted correctly and fully charged.

Remove any circular battery tabs or plastic wrapping where necessary.

Rechargeable Products:

Fully charge the product before the first use. Some items require charging even if they have a residual charge.

Travel Lock:

Hold the “on” button for 3-5 seconds to deactivate any travel lock.

How to Return a Faulty Item
To initiate a return for a faulty item, please contact us within 12 months of purchase and provide:

Your order number.

A description of the fault.

A photo or video (if possible) to illustrate the issue.
We will forward the information to the manufacturer for fault analysis. If the fault is confirmed as a manufacturing issue, we will issue a replacement or refund immediately.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if:

You received the wrong item by mistake.

The exchange is covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trade Act.
Size Exchanges: Please review our sizing charts carefully before purchasing. We cannot exchange items for size-related issues unless the size was listed incorrectly on our site.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order if it hasn’t already been dispatched. Contact us immediately with your order number, and we’ll process the cancellation.
Product Warranty
Our warranty policy covers faults and defects resulting from manufacturing failures. It does not cover:
