All products purchased from Pleasing Strings are backed by a manufacturer's warranty.
This covers defects and faults caused by manufacturing issues, from the date of purchase.

Toys — manufacturer's warranty

Lingerie and footwear
Covers faults or defects from manufacturing errors, and items that fail to perform as intended under normal use.
What Is Not Covered
- General wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
- Issues from improper storage or maintenance
- Custom modifications or alterations
How to Make a Claim
1 Contact us
Email sales@pleasingstrings.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the fault if you can.
2 Assessment
We'll review the claim and forward it to the manufacturer for assessment.
3 Resolution
If the fault is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we'll replace the item with the same or a similar product. If a replacement isn't available, we'll provide a refund.
Good to Know
- All warranty claims are subject to manufacturer approval.
- Due to the intimate nature of our products, all faulty items are securely disposed of and never resold.
- Warranty replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
