How long does it take to ship my order?
We don't like to keep anyone waiting. We offer same-day dispatch for orders placed before 11am (AEST), Monday to Friday. If you order after that or on a weekend, your parcel will ship the next business day.
Who delivers my order?
Our go-to delivery partner is StarTrack Express — fast, reliable, and trackable. That said, for some items or addresses, we may use Australia Post to make sure everything gets to you as efficiently as possible. If you're ordering from New Zealand, your goodies will arrive via Australia Post International Express.
How much is shipping?
We keep it simple:
- Flat rate of $12.50 for delivery anywhere in Australia
- Free shipping on orders over $99
- New Zealand shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location
When will my order arrive?
Most Aussie orders arrive in 2–3 business days, since we ship from warehouses in Melbourne and Brisbane. If you're in a rural or remote area, it might take a touch longer. New Zealand orders usually take 5–8 business days, depending on customs and location.
Is the packaging discreet? Will anyone know what I ordered?
Your privacy is important to us. Every order is packed in plain, unbranded packaging — no logos, no company name, and nothing that hints at what's inside. Even the return address is discreet. It'll just look like any regular parcel.
Can I track my order?
Yes, and we'll make it easy for you. As soon as your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking link via email. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder — or just get in touch and we'll resend it.

It doesn't happen often, but if something's not quite right, we'll sort it out quickly. Just send an email to sales@pleasingstrings.com.au with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any photos if you have them. We'll take care of the rest.
Do your products come with a warranty?
They do.
- Toys are covered by a 12-month warranty for any manufacturing defects.
- Lingerie and footwear come with a 60-day warranty from the date of purchase.
If anything plays up during that period, just let us know — we'll arrange a replacement, refund, or repair depending on the situation. Our goal is to make it right.
